Ace Hardware

Ace Hardware is a global hardware retail cooperative with independently owned and operated stores. It is known for offering a wide range of products, including home improvement tools, hardware, and outdoor equipment.

Ace was looking for an agency partner to provide guidance and resources to better align marketing efforts across all stores.

The PAINT STUDIO

To bring more awareness and credibility to Ace's paint department, we created photography ranging from how-to and before & after projects for the Paint Studio. We constructed elaborate room sets in-studio to capture the processes, techniques and finished spaces.

The Ace Color Visualizer app allows customers to sample paint colors in their environments virtually. We produced a video that follows the customers journey from paint selection through completion.

Brand style guide

The Ace Brand Guidelines were due for a refresh to better streamline brand assets and creative treatment. We redesigned the guidelines to break down core elements and treatment of color palettes, photography, typography, logo usage, graphic elements for all print and digital channels.

gift card program

Ace Hardware has a robust gift card program. We were tasked to concept, shoot and provide animated assets for seasonal and evergreen gift card concepts. We took into consideration the variety of audiences and store departments to create a playful series of gift cards with the ability to animate for the digital versions.
